Privacy Policy

The short version

CUBIX does not collect, transmit, or store any of your game data on our servers. There are no servers for that data — everything you do in the app stays on your device. The one exception is the ads shown in the app, which use Google AdMob and involve Google collecting a device advertising identifier and limited ad-interaction data. See “Advertising and tracking” below for the details.

What the app stores

The app saves the following on your device only, using your device's local browser storage:

• Your best score and star count
• Campaign progress (which of the 60 levels you've completed, and your star rating on each)
• Daily mission completion status
• Your settings (sound, haptics, animation preferences)

This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and we have no way to retrieve it. It is never sent to Google or included in any ad request.

What the app does not do

• It does not collect personal information, contacts, location, or photos.
• It does not contain analytics or crash reporting of its own.
• It does not create an account or require you to sign in.
• It does not contain in-app purchases.
• Your progress and settings are never sent anywhere.

Advertising and tracking

CUBIX shows ads using Google AdMob, part of Google's Mobile Ads SDK:

• An interstitial ad (full-screen), shown occasionally between games — roughly every third time you finish a game, win or lose, across Endless, Daily, and Campaign modes. Not shown mid-move, only at natural breaks between games.
• A banner ad, shown at the bottom of the home screen only. It is not shown during gameplay.

To select, deliver, and measure these ads, the AdMob SDK running inside the app collects and shares the following with Google:

• Device or other identifiers — such as your device's advertising ID — collected by the SDK and shared with Google for advertising purposes.
• App activity — limited interaction signals the ad SDK itself generates (such as when an ad is requested, shown, clicked, or dismissed) — collected and shared with Google for advertising and analytics purposes.

This is separate from, and unrelated to, your game data described above: your score, campaign progress, and settings are never sent to Google or included in any ad request. We do not operate our own advertising or analytics servers — Google's AdMob service handles ad delivery and measurement directly.

Your device's own settings let you limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising). On iOS the app asks for permission to track before any ad is requested; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. You can learn more about how Google collects and uses data through AdMob at Google's own Partner Sites policy.

Because of this, the Android app declares the INTERNET and com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permissions, and the iOS app declares the App Tracking Transparency usage description — all used solely to request and display ads.

Fonts

The app loads its display font (Google Fonts) from Google's servers when you're online, which involves a request to Google containing your device's IP address, the same as loading any web font on any website. If you're offline, the app falls back to a font already on your device. No CUBIX game data is part of this request.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything it has stored.

Children

This is a general-audience app, not directed at or marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — we collect no game data from any user of any age ourselves.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address and the date at the top will be revised.
